• Up to 1 hour of time spent with the client to discuss functional and design needs for the new space

* Custom Hardscape Design for a deck or patio space with details and measurements listed on the drawing

Don’t just want a boring rectangle off the back of your house? This is the perfect option for those clients that are looking for something unique and organic for their outdoor space. Designs start at $150

Lay It Out Design Board and Plan

The Fee includes:

  • 1 hour consultation either via zoom or in person depending on location

  • Little Bird Décor time and talent to talk through the room(s) of your home you need help with.

  • A design board and plan with specifications for furnishings, rugs, paint colors, lighting, and artwork/mirror as discussed

This option can be what you want it to be. Bring your ideas to the meeting and LBD can weigh in. This flat rate design fee starts at $350 per room.

Personal Shopping  

The Fee includes:

• Little Bird Decor time and talent selecting furnishings and decor for your space

Don’t have the time to shop to find the perfect pieces? Let me do it for you! Add on to a Design Board and Plan or Outdoor living design. Fee quoted per project.

Simply Color

The Fee includes:

  • Paint Selection for up to 3 spaces in your home

  • 2 color scheme options for each space and one additional revision

  • Email communication between you and LBD

  • Sources to complete your design

Are you looking for paint colors and just that? Look no further. We will select the perfect colors for your space. This flat rate design fee is $250 for up to 3 rooms. Need less? Reach out for a customized quote.
